Hello! I’m Krista Zdyb I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with over 18 years of hands-on experience helping clients of all ages feel their very best. My passion is creating a warm, welcoming space where you can unwind, heal, and renew—no matter where you are on your wellness journey. I believe that every body is unique, and so is every treatment. When you come in for a session, I’ll take the time to really listen to your goals, concerns, and any areas of tension. From there, I’ll craft a personalized plan for you. I offer deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping, lymphatic drainage, traditional Swedish, Indie head massage and pre-natal.
